I called with an unusual insurance issue that even State Farm corporate couldn’t resolve, and I was worried I’d be stuck getting the run-around. Vanessa stepped up and was absolutely fantastic to work with. She was kind, courteous, and funny, making the whole process incredibly easy. Not only did she handle my situation with professionalism and care, but she also turned what was starting to be an extremely stressful experience into something surprisingly pleasant.
