I was having access issues with the SF app. I needed a confirmation # for the rental car. For some reason they couldn't find the reservation. I called Maria at the State Farm office and she did her magic right away. My rental car issue was taken care of immediately. Thank you Maria and State Farm.

I’d failed to see the letters that State Farm had sent warning me of a potential cancelation date if certain conditions were not met. Unbeknownst to me I missed the deadline. Then Maria called, she sent me the letters, told me I had time for reinstatement and walked me through the work I had to do and the completion date to save my policy. I did the work but I still might have missed the final deadline. When all seemed lost Maria kept pushing, not taking no for an answer, and then she found a way to save my policy. I am so happy. I can’t thank you enough Maria for your outstanding effort. You really went the extra mile. Thanks again.
