- BKBria KingJun 12, 20261.0I would leave zero stars if I could. This office is completely unprofessional and should seriously consider hiring more respectful and competent staff. While the attorney was out for the day, one of his agents hung up on me in the middle of asking a question without even taking the time to understand what I was saying. If someone cannot communicate professionally, listen to clients, and provide basic customer service, they should not be in a position where people rely on them for important information. I wasn’t rude or disrespectful—I was simply trying to get answers. Being hung up on instead of helped is unacceptable. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.
