He was able to get me a corrected policy and was working on getting me a refund for the 1st policy that was incorrect.

The agent that helped me was Oscar Trujillo who was a gem. He listened, he provided facts and he kept his commitments. What made this interaction really enjoyable is that we (me & 2 buddies) used Sanborn's in August, 1969. We obtained the insurance for a trip to Mexico in either Juarez, MX or El Paso, TX. The people in your agency were nice and I remember getting a book that literally described every mile all the way to Mazatlan, MX. It brought us joy and laughter during the trip as it was hard getting radio stations. We took turns using the book and of course adding our own input but ultimately, the book was delightful and so accurate. I asked Oscar about the book and he's trying to get one to me prior to my trip to Huatulco & Oaxaca.
