  Having confidence in the set up of new policies on tbe heals of a move is something I would think any consumer would expect. I had the pleasure of interacting with Mark today having questions about an auto rental bundle that didn't seem correct after establishing through the general support number. Mark quickly identified oversight and concerns. Leveraging deep knowledge, customer empathy and humor, he had the policies updated quickly. His detailed explanations and guidance had me leaving the conversation pleased and confident. Guess I truly am in good hands with Allstate. Gratitude, Mark! Appreciate the above amd beyond service.

  Mark and Evan are always a pleasure to work with. They are very professional but also very friendly and accommodating. Recently, Mark went out of his way to help a friend of mine that was in need. She's not even a client of his (yet) and he was willing to help!
