  Hi this is Lijon Russell. I was shopping for auto insurance online. Costuless caught my attention..I called in and I was introduced to Karla Tovar. She is very helpful and patient. She made it possible for my budget. She was very knowledgeable in explaining the policies that were available. She was awesome! I am now covered to drive my vehicle. Thank you so much Karla!

  Horrible business. My senior dad upgraded his insurance adding a new car. The incompetent employee told him to call later to remind her to cancel his previous one (Isn't doing that her job?). When he followed directions and called, both insurances were cancelled. He unknowingly wasn't covered until he got the cancellation notice in the mail. When he called back, they charged him a ridiculous amount to fix the mistake. Scam of a company.
