When ever I did manage to get a hold if the office they didn't know the answer to my questions. With this new team, my experiences have been more than pleased. Any time I call, they pick up and they are able to assist me. Professional, knowledgeable, informative, and they are on top of the mission of Allstate.

Ultimately, I have to call one of the agents to get even basic information. Like most insurance policies, they are unreadable and the prices go up by a large percentage every year without the agent discussing options with the customer. If you’re on autopay, you are stuck. I hate to give Egan such a low rating because he’s probably better than most. It’s the general lack of transparency in this industry’s business model that is frustrating. If this is not intentional, it would be an easy fix.
