  I was given false information from Sara based off that false information I paid $3100. Once I realized I was deceived I threaten to call the police and file a report. On my then did she admit to what she did and offer a full refund. A month later still no refund. I will be escalating this matter to the fullest.

  I received the best customer service from Ryan at Acceptance Insurance located in San Bernardino. He deserves 10 stars!!!!! I had issues which I addressed with several different offices San Diego, Victorville and was either lied to or hung up on. So at this point I just wanted to cancel the whole policy. So I called to do just that and I got Ryan, I explained what was going on and he apologized and offered to correct it for me. And he did just that, he kept me on the line while he made calls to correct the problem. I'm so grateful and happy that I got him when I called back. Thank you Ryan for exceptional customer service.

  Ryan Nelson ! To begin, such a great guy! Genuinely the best 1 hour 16 minutes and 25 seconds of my life! I was so stressed out due to some recent life circumstances… He made this reinstatement smooth and truly helped me attain a policy that was best for me as well and affordable. I appreciate him taking the time to look over the options I had and numbers considering my not so perfect driving record. We even had a few laughs and he made me feel good about getting this done. Such a positive person. Thank you again SO much Ryan ! Life be lifing but you be RYANING !!! Wooooooo car insurance!!!!

  I had a great experience working with Kanthor at Acceptance Insurance. He reached out to me ahead of time before my policy was due for renewal, which I really appreciated. He also walked me through adding my wife and her vehicle to my policy and made the whole process very easy, quick, and stress-free. Kanthor is very friendly, professional, and helpful. He took the time to explain everything and made sure I was taken care of. Great customer service all around. I definitely recommend asking for Kanthor if you need help with your insurance!
