  I worked with both Ruby & Nicole while looking for Insurance Coverage for my new vehicle. They were both very knowledgeable and helpful with assisting my needs. While the pricing for Insurance Coverage is high across the board, we then have to look at the support of the Agency. I trust Allstate with my Vehicle Insurance needs

  WORST experience ever. This office is very unprofessional. Anyone can call and make changes to a policy w/out being the account holder or having Thier info. I was NOT asked my D.O.B my ss# my phone # my address NOTHING yet they still allowed me to make changes t ok the account. All Thier conversation are recorded and so the proof is there. That being said you ARE NOT" In good hands with Allstate " at least NOT with Matt or his team. I filed a complaint with Allstate and they basically said " We will take notes on this TY for your complaint. That office allowed changes to be made to my account from an ex WITHOUT my knowledge and now that I totaled my car they will NOT pay. AGAIN the proof is on the recording they did NOT verify who they were speaking to
