  I was with the same insurance agent for over a decade, and every year the price crept higher, and somehow one of my businesses was still not fully covered. I was frustrated and honestly kind of worn down by it. Then I met Lillian. From the first conversation, she was on it, replying same day or next day, answering questions without making me feel rushed. And most importantly, she helped me get everything switched before my old coverage lapsed. What a relief. I actually felt cared for, not just processed. After talking to so many places that never even followed up, that meant a lot. I’m genuinely grateful and already thinking about moving my IRA, home, and auto over too. If someone asks me for an insurance referral, I’ll send them her way without hesitation.
