  Terrible Experience! Stay Away from Freeway Insurance! Extremely unprofessional and misleading company! You give Freeway Insurance your phone number just once to get an insurance quote, and suddenly the nonstop calls begin. The next day, another representative calls offering a "better and cheaper quote." A few hours later, someone else calls with the exact same story. And guess what? They're all from the SAME company! They keep calling at inappropriate hours, and even when you specifically ask them to remove your number from their system and stop contacting you, the calls continue. This is completely unacceptable! Their sales tactics feel dishonest, aggressive, and extremely misleading. I would NEVER recommend Freeway Insurance to anyone. Save yourself the headache and stay away from this company!

  Stephanie Rivera was a great help and definitely deserves 5 or more stars. She was helpful and patient to help me find something affordable living in California as a young driver. Would definitely recommend to my friends trying to find insurance.

  The best customer service provided by agent Daisy Ramirez , she went beyond trying to help us find the best auto insurance company that fit our budget , Daisy was also very patient and profesonal .
