  Unfortunately, my experience with Freeway Insurance has been very frustrating. I have called multiple times trying to get help with my situation, but I keep getting redirected to the branch without receiving the assistance I need. Several representatives have told me, “Let me transfer you to a live person,” but instead of being connected with an actual person, I am transferred to another automated system. This has happened repeatedly, and I feel like I am being sent in circles. I understand that automated systems are sometimes necessary, but when a customer repeatedly calls asking for help, there should be a clear way to speak with a real person who can actually address the issue. So far, I have not received the support or communication I expected. I gave 2 stars because I am still hoping someone from Freeway Insurance will take the time to help resolve my situation. I would appreciate being contacted by a real representative who can provide assistance rather than being repeatedly redirected through automated calls.

  Exceptional savings. And Great service from Marione. Added two cars and I am paying less then what I was paying before from my previous insurance company.
