  Susan Basilio, at thr Oroville office is the best! She took such good care of me in the yuba city office, that i followed her to the Oroville office. She takes such good care of me, and always goes above and beyond with all my insurance needs. Thank you Susan!

  Susan was such a fantastic help for me earlier she was very understanding very patient and did whatever she could to make sure I was satisfied and was able to work with my payment situation all while still providing the help I needed too keep my insurance active!!!
