  Bruce and his team was very helpful during the process with the repair for my car. I could call and text, knowing that someone would answer. Camila was the main person working with me and she was responded to me everything. There was some miscommunication between Chico Wittmeier but thanks to Camila's repetitive efforts, everything went through. The only bad experience I had was with claims. I wished the would've made more everything clear for how the process is going to go. I had to call claims and the autoshop various time since both weren't able to efficiently communicate.

  I have been with State Farm for over 15 years, starting when I was a teenager and continuing into adulthood. Throughout the years, Bruce and his staff have always been incredibly supportive, helpful, and dependable. Recently, my family and I were involved in an accident, which has been an extremely stressful and overwhelming experience. There was so much going on, along with a lot of back-and-forth with the claims adjuster, that my anxiety was through the roof. I reached out to Bruce’s office and had the pleasure of speaking with Melissa N. She was absolutely wonderful. Melissa was quick, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She made sure I had all the information and paperwork I needed and took the time to answer all of my questions. I truly cannot express how grateful I am for her help. She made an already stressful situation feel so much easier and gave me peace of mind knowing I didn’t have to worry about figuring everything out on my own. Thank you so much, Melissa, and thank you to Bruce and his entire team for always being there for your customers. Your support and compassion truly make a difference!

  Our family has been with State Farm for many many many years and has always been helpful in all our polices that we have with Bruce Karolyi and Staff. We can come in or call for an appointment so we are better informed with all the changes that are going on in the insurance world Bruce and Staff are amazing people and go the Extra Mile because I think they are the best Insurance company always up front and honest people. And this is hard to find I know we will not be going to any other Insurance company ever.

  Thank you so very much for your continued support and help with my Insurance needs!! You and the staff at Bruce Karolyi's State Farm Insurance office are a reflection of why I am personally insured with State Farm again, in another State. The care and trust was established many moons ago when I lived in Butte County and Bruce first opened his office, he held all my policies, home, vehicle, and rentals.
