  Crystal was incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind throughout the entire process. She quickly found an alternative insurance option that was significantly more affordable and could have saved me around $500 per year. What I appreciated even more was how carefully she listened to my particular situation. I explained that I drive very few miles each year, and she took that into consideration and found a company that better reflected my actual driving habits. On Friday, I told her I needed some time to review information about my car and asked if she could follow up with me on Monday. She did exactly that. Her responsiveness, warmth, and professionalism made me feel very comfortable and gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process. I also truly appreciated how respectful she was knowing that I already had another advisor I had worked with before. She never made me feel pressured and allowed me to continue with the option that ultimately worked best for my policy. Even after everything was decided, she remained just as kind and helpful. Experiences like this remind me why I appreciate Freeway Insurance and its advisors. With some companies, customers can sometimes feel like just another number, but Crystal made me feel like a person who was genuinely trying to make the best decision for my safety, my finances, and my family. I am very grateful for her help and highly recommend her.
