Then our State Farm agent retired. Almost without thinking, we returned to Emma Hightower's office. Within thirty minutes, we had all of our insurance needs transferred. An unlooked for bonus was the contact in Emma's office was the same person as before! I am not one to express joy at the need for insurance here in SoCal, but Emma Hightower - and her team - are the most friendly of folks, and fortunately for us: a good neighbor.
