  Loren is a highly knowledgeable public adjuster that got me more than I thought possible and to be honest more than the attorney that I got after Loren got me Everything he could get. He is no fluff what he says he does and he does in a timely fashion. my AAA claim was handled horribly by AAA. They are snakes and horrible people, but Loren shifted through all that. He even helped me after the attorney got involved when the attorney couldn’t do anything. I think my attorney was weak, but that’s another story. Loren is worth every cent.

  Where do I even start… If we had trusted the insurance company’s original estimate, we would have been completely taken advantage of. What they presented wasn’t just low, it felt intentionally designed to minimize payout and protect their bottom line, not restore our home properly. Bringing in Lion Public Adjusting completely changed the outcome. This is where everything turned. Working with Loren Pearlman exposed just how much was overlooked, undervalued, or flat-out ignored in the insurance company’s assessment. His expertise, precision, and understanding of the system forced the insurance company to actually do their job. The result? Our payout nearly TRIPLED. Same claim, same damage, completely different outcome once someone knowledgeable stepped in to hold them accountable. Even more valuable was the time and stress saved. Instead of going in circles with adjusters, getting delayed, or being pushed into accepting less, Loren handled everything, from negotiations to coordinating with contractors, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. This experience made one thing very clear: insurance companies are not on your side when it comes to paying claims. If you don’t have someone fighting for you, you are at a serious disadvantage.   Loren did a great job for our family. The carrier did everything the could to pay as little as possible. Loren kept track of every detail and held them accountable for every regulation they broke. He is an expert in the field and fights aggressively for his clients.
