  I somehow failed to sign my documents and send them over to renew my insurance which resulted in my insurance getting canceled. They gave me a courtesy call to notify me that it was canceled. Surprised, I agreed to renew it. I was transferred over and had the pleasure of getting everything sorted with the help and support of Brittany. She was very helpful, patient, pleasant, kind, professional and provided a smooth process and was even a little personable. Thank you Brittany for making my experience a pleasant one.
