  Adela Sanchez she's a very amazing agent. She went out of her way to make It's very easy for me. She has a very good customer service skills. And she answered all my questions that I had. I would definitely recommend her the to friends and family.

  Insurance is a scam. My wife has auto pay for our car and they take the money and return it for no reason and my insurance gets canceled and end up paying fees and way more money than I should’ve customer service is terrible never again canceling and never coming back.

  I called in 02Oct26 to confirm my elections for the Auto Club and Ever Ramos helped me out with my membership and forms. It was quick and easy and we had a nice chat about Halloween costumes. Great guy, very personable and connects to the customer exceptionally and professionally.

  I just want to give a shout out to Adela Sanchez thank you for helping me out with finding the best insurance policy for me I know it wasn’t an easy task with my record and all but she managed to get me right. She was extremely helpful and very informative she had a answer for every question I had I can tell she loves what she does she was extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of her profession I am truly grateful she was the one to help me out I would recommend her to everyone with out a doubt 💯
