  Customer service is great! I have spoken to a few reps in the past few years and have always had a great experience. I was recently assisted by Ellie and just want to thank her for being so patient. She answered all of my questions and provided me with valuable information.   I had an amazing experience working with Ellie! She was patient, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain my coverage options, answered all of my questions, and worked hard to find me the best rate possible. I never felt pressured, and she kept me updated every step of the way. Even when we had to make adjustments to my policy, Ellie stayed on top of everything and made sure I got the coverage I needed. Her customer service was outstanding, and I truly appreciate all of the effort she put into helping me.
