  Diego Ruiz was my service agent. He was very helpful and patient as he helped me reinstate my policy. I was having issues with my cell and internet connection and he always made sure to call me back or waited for my call. He was always friendly and maintained composure making the proceas easier and more efficient despute the hiccups on my part.
