  I would highly recommend Andrea Dodson’s Brightway Insurance Agency in Lotus, CA. A few years back we were dropped by our long-term home insurance provider. In a panic to find insurance we ended up with an out-of-the-area agency. We are grateful for their help and service but our comfort level is with a local agent who knows our area and that we can meet with easily ,in person, from time to time. I was fortunate to recently meet Andrea and she has now, at our request, transferred our policies to her agency upon their renewals. Along the way she reviewed our coverage and searched extensively to find us the best policies available at the best price. She returns calls promptly, listens, explains the options, makes recommendations and answers our questions. It is a relief to once again have a local agent where we are actual people with a face, not just a policy number.
