    Jasmine felt helpful at first, until I was hit with a brokers fee she didn’t mention to me at all- went over all the expected payment over the phone when I started my policy and not once did she mention the brokers fee and when I would be charged for it. Unprofessional

    They NEVER answer the phone! I have been trying to cancel my policy for six weeks, but can’t reach them, after multiple attempts. I was fine with them, until now, but had little contact after the initial signing. It’s not a good company that has no way for customers to reach them. Disappointing.
