  My first time ever experiencing a phone call with an insurance agent that made my day she was so pleasant and therapeutic 😌 I love and appreciate her energy it was everything I wanted the price if the quote was amazing and affordable and the time to complete everything was perfect she made sure that I was clear on everything that i received and had to sign and that im happy with the quote she provided..im overly satisfied over all I would grade her service more them 5 stars I appreciate Erica Machado alot she definitely met all my expectations thank you Erica .M

  Today I worked with a representative named Derek with Cost U Less and man can I say he was the best ! He did everything he could to get me a low rate and suit my financial budget. He honestly surprised me because I’m used to companies telling me “no there’s nothing we can do for you”, but him he didn’t ! He never told me No and he kept me reassured that he could help me find a solution! Thank you so much Derek for not giving up on me. You provided me with a lower rate than my past insurer and kept me within my budget of creating a new policy. COST U LESS ! Is 100 percent the place to go!

  very good customer service! i was helped by a very polite gentleman named Derek. Helped me a lot with starting up a new policy and helped me save money. He searched for the best auto insurance for me and was very patient. Im definitely recommending this auto insurance and Derek as well!
