- SMSamuel Miller3 days ago5.0I had insurance thru a 3rd party insurance company thru freeway insurance in Chino, which I would never recommend. First they charge you to find an insurance company which cost me $400 and they don’t even do a good job. They literally found a company that was charging me 200% more than Allstate .. and Allstate doesn’t charge you start a policy and the gentleman that worked with me was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed.. I have now had them for 6 months and don’t need to look anywhere else. Again don’t ever use a company that doesn’t care their own policies and don’t trust that they will find the best policy for you .. Freeway in Chino will charge you to find insurance and they again don’t care enough to find the best price.. Use Allstate !!

- DSdebbie semnanianDec 31, 20221.0This is absolutely the worst insurance agency ever. We had them as an agent on our Allstate homeowners and earthquake policies for 30 years with no claims. In September 2022 we received a notice from Allstate that they were not renewing our policy as of 12/21. Not for anything that didn’t exist for years, such as 30 year fence. I immediately called Larkin agency and they said they would obtain coverage for us and call us in a week. They didn’t call so I followed up still no call back. Then they ghosted us and returned no calls. We got a new agent and they also did not call them back. Now we have all coverage through new agent with State Farm for home, auto and auto. Much better. - ESErick SMay 3, 20171.0I was a customer with this come hone insurance company from 1971 to 2017 and they cancelled my policy over a voicemail, when I called to talk about it they were irritated they needed to speak to me since they explained everything over the voice mail.. Corporate monkeys don't care about our neighborhood..do not use this branch
