  Very disappointed with Freeway Insurance. I paid almost $300 for my daughter’s policy and canceled it only 3 days later. I was told it would be canceled, but a month later I received only a $24 refund. They kept almost the entire payment. I would not recommend this company.

  Gabrielle Martin has been so amazing helping me secure addictional insurance during a difficult time in my life. She explained everything with patience and kindness, I never felt rushed and she helped calm me when I was feeling overwhelmed. She answered every question I had and broke everything down for me to help me understand all my options. Freeway is lucky to have her! UPDATE: I lowered my review from 5 to 2 stars. After receiving a call back from Gabrielle about canceling my previous policy, I informed her that I would like to cancel both (including the new one she had found for me) as I found a cheaper price through AAA. Her entire demeanor changed, and she informed me I would recieve the cancelation email within 5 minutes. After 3 HOURS of waiting, texting her, and calling her to no avail, I was finally able to have the documents emailed over by a completely different rep. The second I told her I was canceling she completely ignored me and all communication. Extremely unprofessional.
