  Be careful when coming to get insurance I thought I got an amazing agent I was made payment arrangement promised biweekly by AGENT ALBERTO from THIS HANFORD OFFICE made everything sound great just to hold my card on file without my authorization when I told him that would be one time payment when I first started my policy ! Just be very careful when going to him he will make everything sound good you will try and reach out to him just for him to block your calls and no response what kind of agent is that !

  I had a wonderful experience with Cost u less/ freeway Insurance most recently Hanford Ca. Insurance agent Claudialy was so very knowledgeable and assisted me in getting the best car insurance quote for my vehicle needs. Claudialy went above and beyond with excellent customer service!! And I purchased car insurance today!! Thank you Claudialy!! And Cost u less/ freeway Insurance!!!

  I had such a great experience working with Claudialy! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process of getting my car insurance. She took the time to work with me, answer all of my questions, and make sure I understood everything. I truly appreciate how professional and kind she was. She made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and comfortable. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely takes the time to help their customers.
