- MLMichelle LocastroJan 27, 20221.0Because of Arline Silva not updating our address we were not notified that our card on file expired so we got canceled, overcharged and taken off auto-pay. Was also overcharged on annual mileage as she put we drove 35265 miles a year not 12000. Was overcharged for 179000 miles. Agent will not take responsibility for her error..Allstate is useless, won't get ahold of me to solve this issue. Very disappointing as I have been a customer for 9 years.
