  Earlier today I spent over an hour on hold with one of the big name insurance companies - talked to three different people who provided immediately conflicting information - and I got nowhere. I was about to lose my cool. Then I decided to see if I could just deal with actual humans instead of some mega corpo devilish forced-to-use-AI nonsense that directs me to their website and measures everything in business days. I called (on a Saturday afternoon, no less) and Thi was not only personable and an absolute delight to speak with, but she had me insured in 15 minutes. ON A SATURDAY! 10 out of 10. Give them your business. They’ve earned a customer for life with me. I just might buy a boat and a house and a couple more cars sinply so Thi can insure them for me. Wouldn’t take long at all. If I’m ever in the area, I’m gonna bring them a box of donuts or tacos or something. Maybe just to give them each a $20 bill.

My family and I (party of 10) are currently insured with State Farm for just as long. We could not tell you how happy we are that we found Joe Nguyen. The care and consideration we have been given throughout the years cannot be topped. The office staffs are professional and courteous. They offer various insurance products to meet their customers needs, but it is the personal service; the agent-to-customer relationship, that sets them apart from others. My agent, Joe Nguyen, is outstanding who knows how to deliver excellent customer service by listening to your needs and taking the time to customize the best coverage for your important assets. I highly recommend this agency for any insurance policy you may need. I have appreciated their friendly service, integrity and availability. My go to person is Sophie Nguyen. She's amazing!! She is always on top of making sure we are up to date on our insurance renewal every 6 months :). Sophie is willing to go above and beyond to help you resolve any issue you might have. Not only Sophie, but the rest of the girls are equally as helpful! They are bilingual so if your family members do not speak English, Sophie, Thi, Amy and Linh can speak Vietnamese fluently and Angie speaks Spanish fluently :)) Drop in for a visit today to see Joe Nguyen and his team.   I have had all my insurances with State Farm for more than 20 years and would not ever think of changing it. Sophie is a rockstar! She always has great attitude and is incredibly knowledgeable in what State Farm offers. If I have any questions, she will take the time to answer each thoroughly.
