  ⭐ 1/5 Stars – Terrible Customer Service Extremely disappointed with this insurance company. Their customer service is absolutely awful, rude, and unprofessional. Instead of treating customers with respect and understanding, they make an already frustrating situation even worse. The lack of professionalism and consideration for paying customers is unacceptable, especially considering how expensive car insurance already is. Nobody should have to deal with disrespectful service from a company they're paying to protect them. I would not recommend this insurance company to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for better service.

  Alondra helped me out today and she was amazing! She was very helpful and answered all of my questions, she was also very patient with me which I appreciate very much. She helped me get my car insured with a low price and under 20 minutes which was convenient. :)
