  Gabriel provided excellent customer service, but I had a very disappointing experience at this insurance office today. Unfortunately, the branch manager was very unprofessional and did not know how to communicate with customers respectfully. As a manager, I expected much better customer service, patience, and professionalism. I believe the branch manager would greatly benefit from additional customer service and communication training. Customers should feel respected and welcomed, not uncomfortable or poorly treated. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the customer experience at this location.
