And since I was having all these issues Lydia (in local office) was extraordinarily kind and helpful in stepping in to sort out. I told her I had a narrow window to drop off a damaged car and pick up rental though I didn’t tell her why and she got things working quickly. The why was I had just gotten a call from my friend with terminal brain cancer (her daughter called me to say they were in the way to the hospital. I’m there now. That is why empathetic caring employees (not bots) matter with respect to customer service.
