  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Avoid this office. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an insurance company. After I was in an accident, I called expecting help and instead got passed around between Cost-U-Less Insurance, Freeway Insurance, and another company. No one seemed able to give me a straight answer or take responsibility. It felt like a complete runaround. I asked for a refund and was refused, leaving me out more than $200. What makes this even worse is that I suffered a serious medical emergency while I was in the office purchasing my policy. I later woke up two days later in the heart ICU. Because of that emergency, I have serious concerns about how my paperwork and electronic verification were completed. When I explained what had happened, I felt like my concerns were completely ignored. Kayla Camarena and District Manager David Gonzales showed no compassion or urgency in helping resolve the situation. I felt dismissed and left without any real support. If you’re looking for an insurance company that will be there when you actually need them, this was not my experience. I cannot recommend this office and would encourage others to shop elsewhere.
