  We had a wonderful experience working with Hollie Allen. She helped our family get all of our cars insured, and from the very beginning she made the entire process easy. What impressed us most was that she took the time to ask the right questions to really understand our needs. Because of that, she was able to recommend the right coverage while also helping us save money. We never felt rushed or pressured, and she explained everything clearly so we felt confident in our decisions. Hollie is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about her clients.   I met Hollie at the Holiday Bowl Parade earlier this year. I referred a friend over to her and was quite pleased to hear about his experience so I figured I'd include them in my recent classic car insurance shopping. Karla at her office has been very receptive to feedback and professional. She answered every single question I had AND called back when she said she would! Whaaat?! Do yourself a favor and just ask for an estimate. I already had insurance when I gave them a try so I had 'nothing to lose'. Their hands-on approach and live interaction without a ton of phone prompts made the process much less hectic. As a matter of fact, every time I called, a live person answered and was able to help me! Thank you Hollie and team for the personal touch! 🙏🏽
