  I had a great experience working with Agent Bless! She was extremely helpful, polite, and professional throughout the entire process. She went out of her way to help me get my insurance reinstated, and I truly appreciate the time and effort she put into assisting me. She made the process much easier and made sure I felt supported along the way. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about helping others.   I would like to share my recent experience with this insurance office. I was assisted by an agent named Erik Romero, and unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding regarding the price of my policy. When I initially set up my insurance, I was given a monthly price that I understood to be lower than what I am currently being charged. I have already paid my down payment and moved forward with the policy based on the information I was given. At this point, my concern is not only about the money or the time I have spent trying to resolve the situation. As a first-time driver, this experience has been especially frustrating and has left me with a disappointing first impression of the insurance process. I believe customers deserve clear and accurate information when they are given a quote, especially when making an important financial decision like insurance. I understand that agents are doing their job and that commissions are part of the business, but good customer service should come before simply making a sale. Being transparent and considerate with customers when discussing prices can prevent situations like this from happening. I am sharing this respectfully because I hope this feedback can help improve communication and the overall customer experience in the future.
