    I originally had a good experience, especially with this agency. The process of getting insured was smooth, and when my motorcycle was stolen, the claims process and support were handled well. That’s why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. I understand insurance companies sometimes need to verify information and request documents. However, shortly afterward, they started demanding an excessive amount of personal documentation just to keep my auto insurance active — pay stubs, bank statements, and more — to the point where it felt more like applying for a mortgage than simply having insurance. Eventually, I had to end my relationship with the company because of how over-the-top the process became. What makes it even worse is that even after canceling my policy, they still continue sending confusing bills in my name almost every month. I contacted them about it, but nothing changed. Very disappointing experience overall.

    I had such a great experience working with Varsine. She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions regarding auto insurance and life insurance, and I never once felt rushed or pressured. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about helping her clients make the right decisions. What really stood out to me was her amazing attitude and positive energy throughout every conversation. She was patient, kind, and made the whole process feel so much easier and less stressful. It’s rare to find someone who is both highly informed and truly pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Varsine to anyone looking for an insurance agent they can trust.     I have been with State Farm for many years, and they have always been the best. Their customer service is very professional. Suzie was simply wonderful, very kind and patient. Finding a good insurance company is a rare thing, but State Farm always proves to be the best. I highly recommend them!

    Such awful service! I've had this insurance for a year and never bothered anyone or been an annoying customer. Yesterday I called for the first time and spoke with a few representatives; everything was fine until today, when I called again and spoke with REHEN, who told me more than five times,"OH SORRY I DIDN'T KNOW YOU WERE COUNTING EVERY SINGLE DOLLAR" Excuse me?????? Please note I just asked him to explain why my rate for insurance is not dropping on June 1st (the renewal date). I don't want to go into detail, but the whole conversation was odd and very unpleasant. How do you allow your representatives to talk this way? Since when did this become the norm?

    I can’t say enough good things about State Farm, Nari Abramyan’s office and especially Varsine, who has been an incredible account manager. She is always available, knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond for her clients. There have been times I needed assistance well past office hours — even around 7 PM — and she was there to help me with binding policies and answering my questions with professionalism and expertise. Varsine is a tremendous asset to the State Farm family and to all of the clients she assists. I truly appreciate everyone at the office, and especially her dedication and support. She is seriously a superstar, a rockstar, and an incredibly valuable member of the team.
