Lisa and her office manager were always accessible, direct, knowledgeable and responsive whenever I needed assistance. When I recently relocated from California to North Carolina, Lisa was instrumental in making the insurance transition seamless. She referred me to three State Farm agents in my new ZIP code so I could compare offices and continue my State Farm relationship and driving history. I was able to establish my new auto and renters policies without a gap in coverage, and Lisa continued assisting with the California side of the transition through the end. It’s also the small things I’ve appreciated over the years, including the holiday cards—a personal touch that has become increasingly rare. After more than 16 years of consistently good service, I can recommend Lisa and her team without hesitation.
