- CGChristina GranadosJun 1, 20261.0Trash they know nothing about loyalty or appreciation for loyalty 5 years and 9 months with them and due to some personal financial issues because of work and dealing with the loss of a friend i forgot to make my payment and they threaten to cancel my policy unless i made the payment by a certain date. I tried to make the payment on that date and i actually did but because of the time I’m assuming it showed posted the 31st. They didn’t hesitate to cancel my policy. I received no letter or even a phone call. After making my payment (which was $192) they wanted me to pay an additional $192 for the reinstatement which I wasn’t able to the same day. They gave no other options. Smh I can’t believe I wasted so many years and money of a bunch of heartless scammers
