  Wanted to make a slight change in our bundle package (3 cars with homeowners insurance), and did they make us pay for it. Our adult son traded in his car for another, and wanted to separate from our insurance, so we looked at all the options, and all they gave us spiked up the rates by many hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. $2500 a year for renters insurance quote (my son wanted to move out and asked about this for his new place) when other insurance companies were charging under $50 monthly for same service. Then they spiked up our bundle package by $400 because our son wanted separate insurance. We were so disgusted by it all we called GEICO the same day and cancelled our bundle package. We saved $200 for the switch. We were loyal Mercury customers for over 20 years. 8/24/26

  Emily O'Dell has provided me with an excellent service in our car insurance renewal. She was very patient and thorough with her instructions on how to report our car mileages and other information needed for the review. I requested that I needed a quote as fast as possible due to our incoming trip, and she jumped immediately to get all numbers going. In a matter of less than 1 day after I submitted what are required, I received an email with all the changes for our upcoming renewal. I was so surprised and awed that she was able to facilitate getting the premium quoted. She even came back with an email that there's a little mistake with the mileage review and she resubmitted for another approval. In few minutes, I was able to get the finalized renewal bill. I highly recommend Ms. O'Dell for any future insurance quotes. She deserves to be highly recommended, not only her excellent service but finding the best rates for her customers. Kudos to you Ms. O'Dell!!!! Thank you.

  I had a fantastic experience working with Taylor on my insurance needs—twice! She was incredibly helpful, ensuring I got the best rate for my car insurance. Later, she even helped me bundle renter’s insurance, making everything seamless. Her service is top-notch, and I’m definitely recommending her to everyone I know!

  Emily O’Dell was so friendly when I called this morning to ask questions about our policy and was very knowledgeable to the questions I had! She also helped with removing and adding a vehicle! Great customer service!
