  I highly recommend the Auburn team! They are always welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The staff is patient with every customer and truly goes above and beyond to help people find the right insurance coverage. They take the time to answer questions, explain options, and make sure customers feel supported throughout the process. They are consistently available Monday through Saturday and always do their best to help, no matter the situation. Their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to getting customers insured really stand out. Excellent customer service and an amazing team! Go to Dulce, Marolin, Harley and Lucero!!!

  So helpful. Very friendly and patient, all 3 employees that I've delt with directly are extremely professional. Harley, Dolce, and especially Lucero Jensen. They have been here for me for many years and bent over backwards to help me get the best deal and deal with my sometimes difficult impatient personona...   Asked multiple times during our phone conversation for the monthly price. She clearly said $140 per month, which I always parroted back and she said "yes, that's right". I blame myself for not making my own calculation before signing the agreement, but breaking down the total it came to be $440 per month. This is for bare minimum coverage on two crappy vehicles. Outrageous. And when I tried to get back in contact with the agent she never even sent a single reply. Got conned out of $700 before cancelling. Avoid these guys and go to someone private that doesn't demand a $200 broner fee go to these scammy agents.
