  Exceptional service deserves recognition. I called simply to make a payment and renew my existing auto insurance policy, but Lizette Barajas went far beyond what I expected. Instead of just processing my renewal and moving on, Lizette took the time to review my coverage, explain my options, answer my questions, and make sure I understood what I was paying for. Through that extra effort, she was able to find me a better insurance option with a lower premium. What impressed me most wasn't just the savings—it was the level of service. Lizette was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me make a better-informed decision. At no point did I feel rushed or like I was simply another transaction. I work in a client-service industry myself, so I recognize when someone takes real ownership of the person they're helping. Lizette did exactly that. I called expecting to renew a policy. I ended the call with better coverage options, a lower premium, and the feeling that someone had actually looked out for my best interest. That is exceptional customer service.   Victor Govea, was quick, and professional. He saw that I was paying too much on my insurance and was able to get me a new policy in the same phone call that saved me over two hundred dollars a month!

  I had a great experience with Liz! She was able to help find me an affordable car insurance rate & shared competitive pricing with me. I got to choose one to my liking and that helped me feel comfortable with my decision. I truly appreciate how kind and supportive she was through out the entire process. She took her time with me, answered all my questions, and never made me feel pressured. The entire process felt comfortable. Her services made an impression that she cares for her customers, I’m grateful for her help and I absolutely recommend her! 10/10 service 🤗
