  Wesley chao has made this experience miserable complicated and after multiple odd and complicated bad experiences directly through him has gone so wrong and so bad. This man lies and completely screws you over every time you pick up the phone to start a policy or to add to the policy . Having to jump through hoops with other agents and multiple holds to get things fixed and trying to explain this man's screw up 3 times now has been beyond a hassle and beyond a lovely experience. You should not trust this man with your personal information.Let alone the fact that he tells you.This is what you're gonna pay, takes your money.And then tells you, oh no, never mind, you actually don't qualify for this even though I just took your money out of your account.
