  My experience was great. My representative Arlene Adkins was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She was very patient with me, I was very satisfied with her service. I will definitely recommend freeway insurance to my friends and family. I also was happy with my quote.

  I just had the best experience with Matt. I needed to add a car to my policy. He checked around Found me a better option and obviously adding a car it added just a slightly higher price per month. I was able to get renters which the other company didn’t have renters and it’s just a little bit more than what I was paying without renters and without a second car. I was so Worried about not having renters because I have been screwed without having it and I am in such peace knowing I am protected with renters now. He was so patient with me so thoughtful just a great experience. Thank you so much, Matt. You were amazing if you need insurance get in touch with Matt, he’s exceptional.😊

  Thank you so much to Jay Duong for taking the time and having the patience for helping me get new car insurance again after realizing my other insurance policy got canceled , he helped me out right away and got me an amazing deal thank you so much for all your help !!   Iris Monroy was really great and patient with me i have a 2 month old baby who was making noises “ & crying i apologized and she reassured me and this was a quicker process then what i initially thought because of her great communication skills !

  I seriously cannot say enough amazing things about Arlene ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ She went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me from start to finish My situation was definitely not the easiest because I was dealing with a suspended license, and instead of making me feel judged, overwhelmed, or like I was just another customer, Arlene immediately went to work figuring out how she could help me She worked incredibly hard, explained everything clearly, stayed patient with me, and did not give up until she found a way to get me insured You can genuinely tell when someone is just doing their job versus someone who actually cares about helping people and Arlene CARES Her customer service, work ethic, patience, and determination were absolutely outstanding. She turned what I expected to be a stressful and difficult situation into such a positive experience. I walked away insured and honestly so grateful that I happened to get Arlene. If her company sees this: PLEASE recognize this woman for the work she does. Employees like Arlene are the reason customers come back and recommend a company to other people. She deserves every bit of recognition she gets. Thank you SO much, Arlene. You seriously saved me so much stress and went far beyond what I ever expected. ❤️ 10/10 — I would recommend her to anyone.
