  Had to go through the annoying and long process to get my insurance stuff taken care off and Tara very patiently helped me navigate the whole ordeal. She single-handedly made my experience enjoyable to the point I almost forgot I was taking care of my insurance. 10/10 would recommend (and already have).

  I had the pleasure of working with Tara Montoya, and she was SO pleasant and thorough with the customer service that she provided me with. She was was knowledgeable and bubbly, and took such great care of my needs. I absolutely recommend asking for her for any help and or customer service needs!

  Great Customer Service from Tara I would like to give a big thank you to Tara, my Freeway Insurance agent, for taking the time to check on us after we switched to Freeway Insurance from a different provider. I really appreciate her follow-up and making sure everything was going smoothly. We haven’t received our physical insurance ID cards and documents by mail yet, but Tara’s thoughtful call to check on us was greatly appreciated. It’s nice to have an agent who genuinely follows up with her customers even after the policy is set up. Thank you, Tara for your excellent customer service and for going the extra mile! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
