  I worked with Susan at this Agency and my what a great experience! She went above and beyond what I expected and what is normally the customer service we experience these days. She followed up, called me three separate times with updates and put in writing the solution to my issues. Seldom, near never, have I experienced such exceptional customer service!! I highly recommend this agency and most highly recommend Susan. Just try them out, you'll be blown away!!

  I’ve been trying to contact my agent for my policy updates for the past few weeks and I haven’t been able to reach anybody Vanessa promised me a call back and has been 3 weeks very unprofessional agency on their part doesn’t seem like they know what they are doing

  I had my home policy with Sharliene Tripp and had my auto with Flo for around 20 years. Susan called and said she could get me a better deal with a home/auto bundle. She was able to get me 4 times the covrage on the auto for a lower price and knock a few hundred off the home with the bundle. Ditch Flo, save some dough & talk to Susan, you'll be in good hands.
