  This review is for Ruben. From the get go when I called to inquire about insurance rates he answered my questions thoroughly. He gave us options, he ran numbers with & without certain options. He was super friendly, patient, and funny. He made the entire process seem like I was talking with a friend and it did not feel "salesy", he had a great approach. He let me know what to expect and we did the entire process via phone and email, all in one day. Also, he is bilingual, so he can help Spanish speakers too or talk Spanglish with him and he's very easy going! I like the accessibility of text messaging that Freeway Insurance has. Made communication easier!
