  Update: the only inaccurate thing I said was 3 months instead of 4, your response to my review and correcting how you thought you responded to me is the second piece of inaccurate information. Started my policy 3 months ago and received an email this am that my policy had a new renewal. I called Andy about this renewal, since it had only been 3 months and my policy was for 6 months. Andy informed me that it wasn't a renewal but a notice explaining that my policy was being increased 3% because of inflation. I stated that I would find other insurance and he got very ugly. When I called him back to let him know I got new insurance and let him know the cancellation date he was rude and hung up. I had to call the 800 number to make sure the cancellation will be done. Customer service is not what this man is about.

  I had a great experience with State Farm and Andy! He was professional, helpful, patient, and made the entire process easy to understand. He took the time to explain everything and helped me find great coverage for both my car and home. Highly recommend Andy to anyone looking for an insurance agent who genuinely cares about his clients!

  I received great service from this agent. He was able to lower my house insurance by over $800 and was able to lower My car insurance by $60 plus I was able to add extra benefits as well thank you
