  The baseline location says it is open at 9am. It is 940 AM and no one is here. Not the first time it’s happened. No one is ever here on time. Did I get a good deal on a policy I would say yes, but when I am trying to get help. HORRIBLE. Just me and other people outside waiting, now I have to go to work. Still no one here.   By far the best representative, Chris Beall, found the most affordable insurance and was extremely patient and understanding in the process. Thank you so much, Chris, for being respectful and friendly, and thank you, Freeway insurance. 😊

  I had the pleasure of working with Daniel... although I believe insurance is the biggest scam in the world, Daniel made my experience not-so-bad. NOTE: This review is NOT a strike against Daniel in any way! He was wonderful... I just hate insurance companies. Give the man a raise!!!
