  Llegue a la oficina a las 10:16am dicen en la página que los sábados abren a las 10:00am y cierran a las 3:00pm y me consigo que esta cerrado y con las luces encendidas y con un letrero que dice cerrado los sábados y estoy en mi Lunch regreso a las 3:00pm que es eso 🤔

  The baseline location says it is open at 9am. It is 940 AM and no one is here. Not the first time it’s happened. No one is ever here on time. Did I get a good deal on a policy I would say yes, but when I am trying to get help. HORRIBLE. Just me and other people outside waiting, now I have to go to work. Still no one here.   Normally pretty good but I came today and they were closed 40 minutes earlier then their listed time.
