- SFSamantha FMay 8, 20261.0I wish it were possible to give negative stars. After being a loyal Allstate customer for decades with multiple homes and autos covered, I had to file a claim. Not only was Sonia NEVER available to speak to me personally, no one in her office ever cared about the issues I was having with Allstate until I asked them to cancel my policies. Then all of a sudden they were interested in helping me, but it backfired when it took them so long to come back and say they couldn't help me that they then say they cannot go back far enough in time to when I had asked them to cancel my coverage, so I am stuck paying for two policies for the overlap period, which again, apparently there is nothing they can do to help with. WORST AGENCY AND SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. STAY FAR AWAY FROM SONIA AND HER AGENCY!
