  Freeway insurance is a awesome service that you sit down with an agent like Virginia like last week I came in looking to see if I can get a quote without a headache and she said not a problem I will give you all the numbers and here's the quote number and he has a printout and if you want to come back later on in the future Mr ihssan you go ahead and come back and we're going to be here to take care of you and as she said it I remember the days when there was an agent customer relationship you can call them you could ask questions what a great experience thank you for Virginia you are outstanding and I hope freeway insurance always remembers how valuable you are to us your customers thank you thank you thank you for an awesome experience and here I am wasting my time calling different insurance companies forget about it like we say in New York if you need insurance you go sit down and see Virginia and tell her you heard a lot of good things about her and the best part is she doesn't upsell you. I'm sure all the agents are awesome and that place was packed that's how many good customers keep coming back to a good service no stupid app a real human being like Virginia thank you for the bottom of my heart for taking care of me like I meant something thank you for that

  Great experience I had let my insurance lapse and it got canceled, even so Virginia got me a great deal and we were on the phone for only 20 minutes great service, highly recommended, 5/5
