  I had a really great experience working with Sandra at Freeway Insurance. She was friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. She answered all my questions and made the whole process feel simple and stress-free. You can tell Sandra genuinely cares about helping her customers. She was helpful from start to finish and made sure I felt comfortable with my options. I really appreciate her time and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Sandra to anyone looking for help with their insurance. She was great to work with.

  Called in for a quote and was serviced by Jessica the office manager. She’s been with company for many years and helped my son get into an affordable rate even tho other companies quoted us $250++ more. She was very knowledgeable and detailed in all coverages. So I felt inclined to let everyone know. Go see her at 40th st and Thomas.

  **EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE — JESSICA TRULY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! I rarely take the time to write a review like this, but the outstanding service I received from “Jessica” my Agent, absolutely deserves recognition. From the very beginning, Jessica went far beyond what I would normally expect from an insurance agent. She took the time to truly understand what I needed and worked incredibly hard to find me excellent coverage for all my vehicles: 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan, 2014 Ram 1500, in which I just renewed my policy on but called Jessica and dropped that vehicle to add a 2019 Ram 1500 Classic and she immediately switched them without any issues. What makes my experience even more impressive is the amount of money she was able to save me for full coverage on the new vehicle. Jessica helped change my due date, reduce my insurance and down payment while still making sure I had a policy that provided the coverage and protection I needed. In today’s economy, saving any amount of money makes a REAL difference, and I am incredibly grateful for the time and effort she put into finding the best policy for me. Jessica didn’t treat me like another customer or policy number. She treated me like someone whose needs genuinely mattered. She was patient, knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and incredibly thorough. She explained my options, answered my questions, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. There is customer service, and then there is the level of service Jessica provides. She sets the standard for what an insurance agent should be. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with genuine compassion and a determination to help their customers save money without sacrificing the coverage they need. Jessica has earned my trust, my appreciation, and my continued business.   I can’t thank Sandra at freeway insurance enough I was on my phone all day trying to find insurance felt like a dead end road till I reached out to freeway insurance and Sandra had me insurance in minutes with a quote that worked for me she fast ,efficient,and thorough! I highly recommend Sandra ! Thx chris
