- PFPriest FlufferAug 12, 20261.0So let's start with the first big issue they misspelled my name on my insurance while having my id in there hand they also did not give me the policy I ask for nor did they charge my payment correctly I also went in in person to see about the problem and there is nothing I am able to do about it but fix my name I also asked to speak to a higher up and the phone call was unprofessional in regards to the answer I received fo someone dealing with insurance for the first time state farm is not there for its customers and it seems really scammy for a big corporation. Update he just called me and started polite and than started to be vary disrespectful and started to continually cut me off so I hung up after expressing he was a punk afterworld he proceeded to be unprofessional and call me back harassing me and threatening me I will be taking action
